This is a full Longtube Exhaust kit including clamps designed for a STOCK M113K or M113 exhaust system on the W211 and W219 platform, an already modified system may require further modification for proper fitment. The factory exhaust system is incredibly restrictive and this kit is designed to fix that with its 1.9″ OD primary tube diameter and 2.9″ ID collector diameter, allowing the engine to breathe far more. This kit is made out of high-quality 304 Stainless Steel that is 16 gauge thickness and has 4 O2 sensor bungs, this kit also features flex pipes to a crossover x-pipe for a great sounding system. This kit does not come with exhaust manifold studs, nuts, or gaskets, the use of OEM gaskets is recommended as they are MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) and prevent exhaust leaks the best. You can expect HP gains of up to 30 while at the same time reducing boost levels resulting in a stronger and more efficient engine. An ECU tune is not required but is recommended to best utilize these headers. You will get a check engine light from install which can be removed by an ECU tune.
